No. Calendar, video and communication tools connect over OAuth from your workspace admin settings in a few clicks. ATS integrations are configured from the Integrations screen in HireHunch by generating an API key or webhook URL and pasting it into your ATS. Anyone with admin access to both tools can complete it, and there's in-product help documentation beside every integration.
Most teams are connected in under ten minutes per integration. There's nothing to deploy, no custom development and no engineering ticket to raise. Our team will walk you through it on a call if you'd prefer support.
Job posts and candidate records flow in from your ATS, and interview outcomes and scorecards flow back out. Calendar integrations write interview slots into interviewer and candidate calendars. Video integrations generate the meeting link for each interview. Communication integrations send invites, reminders and scorecard notifications. Only the fields you explicitly approve are synced, and your existing tools remain the system of record throughout.
Any time, from the same Integrations settings panel, nothing is one-way. Keys you generate can be revoked whenever you choose, and OAuth access can be withdrawn from your workspace admin.
All candidate data and interview recordings are treated with strict confidentiality and handled per our terms of agreement, and are never shared with third parties without explicit consent. Only the fields you approve are synced, and interview recordings remain accessible only to authorised stakeholders at your organisation.
